Eligible orders of US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping, subject to applicable geographic restrictions or exclusions shown during checkout.

Eligible items may be returned within 180 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

After a refund has been issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins.
