• We Welcome: You may share photos of your Noravixa products on social media and tag us. We love seeing how Noravixa becomes part of your everyday moments.
• We Prohibit: The use of our images, designs, logos, descriptions, or text for commercial resale, reproduction, or brand impersonation without express written permission.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality photography to represent the true colors, materials, design details, and appearance of our ceramic products.

• Minor Variations: Due to different screen settings, lighting conditions, ceramic production, glaze variation, decorative placement, and device displays, actual colors and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
• Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product details, availability information, or other website content. If an order is affected by such inaccuracies, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Your Account Security

To enjoy a more personalized shopping experience, you may choose to create or use a Noravixa customer account.

5. Pricing & Payments

Confirmed orders that have already been successfully paid generally will not be affected by future price changes, except where correction is permitted or required by applicable law.
• Secure Payments: We use payment providers presented during checkout to process transactions. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, currency, device, and available payment services.
• Order Total: Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the total amount payable are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
• United States Delivery: Standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.
• Free Standard Shipping: Eligible orders of US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 180 days of confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Order Changes & Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered processing, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.

• Proper Usage: Noravixa provides ceramic products designed for normal everyday household use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, accidents, misuse, intentional damage, or failure to follow relevant product care instructions.
• Service Interruptions: While we work to provide a reliable shopping experience, we cannot guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, service outages, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit consumer rights, remedies, guarantees, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
